What is the delivery timeline after booking?

What does the warranty cover?
Swift: 1 year. Storm & Force Pro: 2 years or 30,000 km (whichever comes first). Covers motor, battery, electronics, and frame. Normal wear and accident damage are excluded.
Can I charge the scooter at home?
Yes! All SUMO scooters charge from a standard 15A home socket. The removable battery can be taken indoors to charge. No special installation needed.
Is SUMO eligible for government subsidy?
Yes. All three SUMO models qualify for FAME-II central subsidy. Additionally, many states offer their own EV incentives. We handle all paperwork — you just enjoy the discount.
